I think this is the best hotel in Limerick.The location is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre.The hotel staff makes you feel very welcome and friendly.The car park is free and the streets to get in and out of Limerick to explore Ireland is easy to navigate.The pub at the hotel is very clean and is a nice place for conversation and a pint.I Have stayed at 5 area hotels in Limerick and this is the best hotel by far. The bedroom was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast pretty good (Irish breakfast) for 10 euros. Plus the hotel has free parking.

Ideal location for me, but maybe less so for others if they did not have a car. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel seemed to be quite new and was very clean. Excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast. The rooms were quite spacious and well appointed.

The staff was fantastic. This was a last request trip for my wife who has terminal cancer and the staff was incredible to make us as comfortable as possible. They were caring a compassionate and went out of their way to accomodate us. I got the feeling that they would offer that level of service to anyone as well. Higlhly reocommend this hotel, they care.
Comfortable room and bed. Coffee & tea in room. I asked for a quiet room and that is what I got. Also asked for blanket instead of duvet on bed and that was already on bed. (some places ignore these requests). Staff were very friendly. Free newspapers appreciated. Shame about the sauna etc not being available. but knew about this before I booked.
